I started box breathing since your Nov post. Now, I do it whenever I try to relax and regain my focus on work. I use the Breath app on Apple Watch to guide the practice, inhale and exhale when it taps my wrist and hold in between the taps. But the downside is it only lasts for a minute, and you have to click breath again every minute (a possible next product update?🤔). Thanks for sharing 🙌
